Will humans get blocked?
No. Unknown senders verify via link once. Verified senders can be allowlisted.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Pro supports Forward Mode; Enterprise supports MX Mode.
Do you store emails?
Pending messages may be stored temporarily to enable verification. Configure TTL/retention and disclose it in your privacy policy.
